The Mass Storage Conroller is missing a driver? Windows can't seem to figure out what driver I need either, as going through the automatic updates solves nothing and it keeps telling me that Windows can't find the driver software. The laptop had XP on it when I got it, but I soon installed Windows 7 and that went rather smoothly, except one thing. So it's been collecting dust for years until I picked it up and began using it. Basic story is that my father's company purchased it to run a very complicated program and the laptop ended up not working with it. I have gotten very lucky and acquired a Microworks Black-Hawk XR-5 gaming laptop. I know theres gonna be good times download. Alright, so, I'm not a very computer savvy individual, but I will try my hardest to describe the problem.
